23100 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 23100 platform. By registering for or accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated below.
These terms apply to all users in Malaysia. Effective date: 1 January 2026.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 23100 platform via our website or mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines that may be updated from time to time.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 23100 platform. Continued use following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to register for or use this platform under any circumstances.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 23100 platform. Registration requires accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information provided at registration and for keeping it current should any changes occur.
You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Sharing your login credentials with any other party is strictly prohibited. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the 23100 support team immediately via the provided email address.
The platform reserves the right to require additional identity verification at any time to safeguard account security and comply with applicable legal requirements.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the 23100 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law.
- Creating fake accounts, impersonating another person, or providing misleading information.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised technical means to access or exploit the platform.
- Attempting to influence or manipulate game or betting outcomes by unauthorised means.
- Submitting any content that is abusive, misleading, threatening, or that infringes the rights of others.
- Transferring or selling your account to any third party.
23100 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure without prior notice.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the 23100 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts a variety of payment methods commonly used in Malaysia, including bank transfers via FPX, Touch 'n Go digital wallet, and other methods listed in the platform interface.
Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources and are their own. All withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated on the platform, subject to any identity verification requirements that may apply.
23100 reserves the right to withhold or decline any transaction suspected of fraud, money laundering, or violation of the terms of use. Any charges or fees associated with specific payment methods are the responsibility of the user, not the platform. Any transaction disputes must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
5. Limitation of Liability & Account Policy

The 23100 platform is provided "as is" without any implied warranties. 23100 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, service disruptions, technical errors, or data loss. 23100's total liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Account Suspension and Closure
23100 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close a user's account if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, unauthorised account access, or failure to meet identity verification requirements. Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Users whose accounts have been closed on legitimate grounds may contact the support team to request a review.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials found on the 23100 platform are the exclusive property of 23100 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, sell, republish, or exploit any material from this platform without prior written consent from 23100.
Third-Party Links
The platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. 23100 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Use of third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
23100 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the appropriate Malaysian courts.
